Definitions of Duma Pay Service Concepts

  1. 1. "Application": means a Duma Pay mobile application managed by ICASH Business Solutions to provide payment management services as well as related information;

  2. 2. "Chief Compliance Officer": means one or more employees of ICASH Business Solutions inc. or its group companies responsible for ?? for verifying compliance with regulations relating to the transfer of funds, money laundering, and any other applicable laws;

Open an account

We offer two types of accounts: Individual and Business. To open a Duma Pay account, you must:

Secure use of your Duma Pay account

You must take the necessary steps to ensure that your Duma Pay account is not misused. You must maintain an adequate level of security and control over any device, object, login, password, and personal identification number/code that you use to access your Duma Pay account and Duma Pay services.

We may ask you to authenticate any instructions relating to your account (for example, to provide us with the information we need to ensure that you are the one who is giving us the instructions, such as your login information, including your email address and password) or to log in to your Duma Pay account to give us your instructions.

You may expressly grant, delete, and manage permissions that authorize third parties to perform certain operations on your part. In some cases, you can do this by logging into your account. In other cases, you can do this directly with a third party.

You agree that if you grant a third party the right to act on your behalf, ICASH Business Solutions inc. may disclose certain information about your Duma Pay account to third parties. You may authorize third-party service providers under applicable law to:

  3. 3. Provide payment initiation tool services to initiate payments on your behalf from your account.

Granting access rights to your account to a third party in any way does not relieve you of your liability under these Terms of Use. You are responsible to us for the transactions you authorize third parties to perform.

You release us from liability and agree to indemnify us against any liability arising from the operations or lack of operations of such third parties in connection with the access rights you have granted to them, subject to your mandatory legal rights.

    We may terminate your account at our sole discretion upon two months' notice. We may also close your account at any time if:

    7. You have attempted to tamper with, hack, modify, saturate or corrupt or circumvent the security and/or operation of the Website and/or App, or infect it with malicious code; or a compliance officer has made a discretionary decision to do so.

5. Use of the Service

Operation 1

Operation 2 - The operation of the last type of process

Its operation is almost the same with differences which are as follows:

9. Severability
